Welcome to fenaswim Inc., fenaswim (US), Inc., fenaswim (UK) Ltd., and fenaswim Australia Pty Ltd, along with our affiliated companies (“fenaswim ”, “we ”, “us ”, or “our ”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website located at www.fenaswim.com , our mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Sites ”), and any other media forms, channels, websites, or applications connected to or associated with them (together, the “Services ”).

However, we cannot guarantee that all representations are free from error or that your screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person. Product availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.


Purchases and Payment

We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Klarna, Maestro, JCB, Diners Club, Union Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Additional payment options may be added from time to time.


You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and account information. You also agree to promptly update your payment method and contact details to ensure smooth transaction processing.


All purchases are subject to applicable taxes, which will be added during checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors even after an order has been placed.


We may limit or cancel quantities per order, per customer, or per household, and restrict orders that appear to originate from resellers, dealers, or distributors.

We are not obligated to review or monitor Contributions but may edit, remove, or disable any content at our sole discretion.


Review Guidelines

If you leave a review or rating on the Sites, you must adhere to the following guidelines:


  • Reviews should reflect your genuine experience.
  • No profanity, hate speech, discriminatory language, or illegal references.
  • No affiliation-based negative reviews targeting competitors.
  • Avoid making legal conclusions or assertions.

  • Refrain from organizing campaigns encouraging others to post reviews.

We may accept, reject, or delete reviews at our discretion. Reviews do not necessarily reflect our views or those of our partners. We assume no liability for any review or resulting claims.

You may connect your third-party social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to your fenaswim account. This can be done by either:


  • Providing login credentials through the Sites, or
  • Granting us access to your Third-Party Account.

You confirm that you are authorized to share your login information and grant access, and that doing so does not violate any third-party terms of service.


By linking your account:


  • We may access and store your social media content and connections.
  • You understand that some of your personal information may become visible on the Sites based on your privacy settings.
  • Disabling the connection will remove our access, though some data may remain in our system.

Please note that your relationship with third-party providers is governed solely by their terms and privacy policies.


Submissions
